General Guidelines:
- B2B: Tuesday-Thursday, 10 AM - 2 PM
- B2C: Weekends, 8-10 AM or 6-8 PM

How to Schedule a Campaign
- Create your campaign as usual
- Instead of "Send Now", click "Schedule"
- Select your desired date and time
- Choose the time zone (recipient's or yours)
- Review and confirm the schedule
Time Zone Options
You have two options:
Recipient's Time Zone
Send at the same local time for each subscriber. Best for global audiences.
Your Time Zone
Send at one specific time. Best for local or regional audiences.
Managing Scheduled Campaigns
- View scheduled: Go to Campaigns → Scheduled
- Edit: Click the campaign and modify (before send time)
- Reschedule: Change the send time
- Cancel: Stop a scheduled campaign from sending
- Send now: Override schedule and send immediately
